Ordering & MOQ

Our standard MOQ is 10 units per model for most product lines. For promotional pricing on larger volumes (40+ units), please contact our sales team for a custom wholesale quote.
Registered B2B partners can place orders directly through the Partner Portal. New customers should complete the B2B registration form for account approval, which typically takes 1–2 business days.
Yes. Orders can include multiple models as long as each individual SKU meets the minimum quantity threshold. Mixed-model pallets are available for select lines — contact us for details.
Yes — custom hardware, silk interiors, and private-label branding are available. Custom branding orders typically require a 30-unit minimum and a 4–6 week lead time from artwork approval.

Shipping & Export

We typically ship on FOB (Factory / Shanghai) or CIF (destination port) terms. EXW is also available. Incoterm preferences should be specified when requesting a quote.
We export to 30+ countries across Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. View our Countries page for market-specific information and regulatory guidance.
Each shipment includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and Phytosanitary Certificate (where applicable). Fumigation certificates are available on request.
Standard production lead time is 3–5 weeks from order confirmation and deposit receipt. Airfreight options are available for urgent orders — contact us to discuss availability.

Products & Quality

We manufacture in a range of materials: Solid Oak, Solid Walnut, MDF with veneer, Particle Board with wrap, and eco-friendly materials for cremation lines. All products comply with relevant import regulations.
Our factory holds ISO 9001 quality management certification. Products meet EU, US, and Australian import standards. Country-specific documentation can be requested for due diligence.
Yes. Sample units (single pieces) can be arranged for approved B2B partners at cost-and-freight pricing. Our sales team will advise on the most cost-effective sampling method for your region.

Payments & Pricing

We accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) in USD or EUR. A deposit (typically 30%) is required upon order confirmation, with the balance before shipment. Letter of Credit (L/C) is available for large orders.
Yes. Pricing tiers are available based on annual volume commitments. Approved partners with annual volume over $100k USD receive preferred pricing. Contact our sales team to discuss tier eligibility.
Our prices are quoted EXW or FOB China, exclusive of destination-country VAT, customs duties, and import taxes. Please consult your customs broker for applicable landed costs in your market.
